Job summary

Citi is seeking an Analyst at AVP level for Stability & Resiliency Governance within its Production Management organization. This hybrid role focuses on stability metrics, data analysis, and governance improvements to support CIO Production Management in a regulated banking environment.

You will work with senior team members, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to data-driven decisions while growing in technology governance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Some exposure to or interest in IT governance, production support, or risk management within the banking or financial services industry is advantageous but not essential — we are happy to support your development in these areas.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Metrics Support: Assist in the generation and preparation of monthly stability metrics and reports for diverse business units, under guidance of senior analysts.
• KPI Monitoring: Support monitoring of KPIs for application stability, tracking trends and flagging anomalies for review.
• Tooling & Automation: Learn and utilize AI and automation tools to reduce manual toil and enhance efficiency.
• Best Practice Contribution: Document and identify best practices to support continuous service improvement.
• Data Analysis Support: Assist in thematic analysis of stability data and surface trends for actionable recommendations.
• Program Participation: Support Focus and Intensive Care programs with data gathering, tracking and reporting.
• Attestation & Review Assistance: Assist in annual attestation and review of Change Risk Index and Market Event Management artifacts.
• Data Quality Initiatives: Contribute to initiatives focused on data quality and process improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in activities to enhance stability governance products and frameworks.
• Strategy Support: Assist with Production Management Strategy through research and coordination.
• Project & Ad-hoc Support: Help with projects and ad-hoc requests across the portfolio.
