Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supplier quality processes to improve QR performance.
• Lead containment projects for critical supplier issues and SIMPSN/BSAQ initiatives.
• Drive root cause analysis with select critical suppliers and align with cross-functional teams.
• Provide early notifications to site teams on Stop Shipments related to supplier processes.
• Support Daily Plant Quality meetings and PQR preparation for Powertrain Quality reviews.
• Monitor production reports and communicate issues to management for timely intervention.
• Act as supplier liaison between STA and manufacturing leadership to report containment outcomes.
