Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science / Engineering, or equivalent technical / manufacturing aptitude.
• 2+ years of Plant Manufacturing experience.
• Ability to develop and present materials to senior leadership with short timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead Critical Supplier Process to improve QR performance.
• Drive resolution of external supplier process -3MIS, 1MIS, and 0MIS warranty concerns.
• Support QR procedures: binning, thresholds, and QR dispute resolution.
• Assist IQ with non-responsive suppliers and QR/PPM data accuracy.
• Coordinate part quality confirmation for suppliers with repetitive containment.
• Lead containment of -1MIS and 0MIS SIMPSN & BSAQ projects.
• Drive root cause analysis with select critical-to-quality suppliers.
• Align with PRT on SP SIMPSN & BSAQ issues for Glidepath values.
• Notify STA Site team on potential Stop Shipments related to SP.
• Contain supplier Stop Ship issues; track On-Hold/Release with Site STA.
• Report root cause for PAC process in Stop Ship governance.
• Monitor Daily Production Report and alert STA management.
• Represent supplier at STA and plant management; support PIC meetings and PQR prep.
