Malone Painting in the St. Louis area is hiring an Outside Sales Representative. You will own your pipeline, conduct on-site estimates at homes and businesses, and convert leads into closed projects. This role offers uncapped income and real ownership of your book.

We provide weekly coaching, room to grow as we expand in the St. Louis market, and the freedom to work evenings or weekends when needed. A driver’s license is required to travel within the metro area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct-to-consumer sales experience, ideally in home services or home improvement.
• You are a closer who owns your pipeline and book of business.
• You have a valid driver's license for travel across the St. Louis metro.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute a personal sales plan targeting a high annual revenue.
• Run on-site estimates at homes and businesses, assess scope, and deliver accurate proposals.
• Present proposals, handle objections, and move conversations to a decision.
• Build your own pipeline through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
• Convert company-provided leads into scheduled estimates and closed projects.
• Follow up promptly and keep customers informed from first contact through completion.
• Track all pipeline activity in the CRM and participate in weekly sales team meetings.
