Prrotect Roofing in the St. Louis area is hiring motivated Outside Sales Executives to build a long-term, six-figure career serving homeowners with integrity.

You will run company-provided leads and develop your own, inspect roofs and siding, and educate homeowners on materials, warranties, and insurance options. Team-focused environment offers training, coaching, and clear growth paths.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of outside sales experience (roofing, construction, or restoration preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to explain insurance claims processes and manage customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue using company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities.
• Inspect roofs and siding, prepare professional estimates, and discuss materials and warranties.
• Meet insurance adjusters to verify scopes and support fair claims.
• Build relationships and referrals in the Lemay/St. Louis area and attend local events.
• Maintain follow-up and collect 5-star reviews to support growth.
