HR Additions is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead operations in the St. Louis, Missouri area. You will drive operational performance, client satisfaction, workforce management, safety, compliance, and financial results.

This hands-on leader will build strong teams, develop client relationships, solve challenges, and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment, partnering with senior leadership on initiatives and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• 2+ years of progressive management experience leading teams and operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing budgets and labor costs.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Military leadership, Aviation, airport operations, transportation, security, law enforcement, or emergency management experience.
• Valid driver's license.

• Lead and oversee all operational activities within the St. Louis market.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, performance, and workforce engagement.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and serve as a senior point of contact.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Promote a culture of safety, security, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
• Monitor operational metrics, labor costs, and financial performance.
• Respond effectively to operational disruptions, staffing challenges, and client concerns.
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, budgeting, and growth opportunities.
