Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Five or more years in an HR role with employee-relations focus preferred.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to team members and leaders across regions.
• Guide HR Business Partners in employee relations, engagement, and policy programs.
• Lead regional HR activities with responsive, solutions-focused support.
• Build relationships across organizational levels to address workforce needs.
• Assist with internal investigations and corrective action plans with leadership.
• Interpret and reinforce HR policies and programs across regions.
• Monitor compliance with employment laws and recommend updates.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Train new HR team members and support HR projects and initiatives.
• Communicate organizational direction and encourage team input.
