The role oversees the general ledger, financial reporting, cash management, payroll, budgeting, and month-end close, partnering with the CFO and leadership to maintain accuracy and integrity. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of accounting and finance experience, is adept at leading staff, streamlining processes, and ensuring GAAP compliance in a privately held environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressively responsible accounting and finance experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with general ledger accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial analysis.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain accurate financial records and policies.
• Prepare, review, and post journal entries and reconciliations; manage month-end close processes.
• Provide timely financial reporting, dashboards, and analysis for leadership and investors.
• Lead, develop, and supervise accounting personnel; identify process improvements.
