Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• CPA designation preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Experience managing audits, compliance requirements, and financial risk.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the accounting team while overseeing day-to-day accounting operations.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Coordinate annual audits and support all tax preparation and compliance activities.
• Monitor debt covenant reporting and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
• Oversee credit policies, accounts receivable performance, and risk management initiatives.
• Partner with operational leaders to improve processes, efficiency, and financial performance.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and special projects.
• Coach and mentor team members while fostering a high-performance culture.
