The role requires a Bachelor in Accounting with 10+ years in accounting and strong GAAP expertise, plus proficiency in MS Office and accounting software. On‑site leadership in St. Louis with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting; ten years in accounting with leadership.
• GAAP knowledge and internal control experience.
• Experience producing senior management financial statements: income statement, balance sheet, cash flow.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and accounting software (Peachtree, QuickBooks, GP, BC).

Responsibilities

• Direct and participate in daily operations of multi‑location accounting and finance.
• Review accounting activity and financial results for accuracy and consistency.
• Lead month‑end and year‑end close processes, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and accounting records.
• Prepare and distribute periodic financial statements and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and accurate reporting.
