Job summary

Technology Partners is seeking a hands-on Controller/Director of Finance in the St. Louis area to lead financial operations.

Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee GAAP reporting, guide the accounting team, and participate in budgeting, forecasting, and business decisions during rapid growth. The role requires a CPA with public accounting/auditing background, strong communication, and a proactive, hands-on leadership style to strengthen controls and drive financial performance for a software

What You Will Be Doing:

You will join a growing, founder-led software company in St. Louis, taking a hands‑on leadership role in its finance operations. Working directly with the CFO, you'll oversee financial reporting, guide the accounting team, and contribute to important financial and business decisions as the company continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial closing processes and ensure accurate GAAP financial reporting.
• Lead the accounting team and improve day‑to‑day financial operations.
• Collaborate with the CFO on budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
• Manage annual audits, strengthen internal controls, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• CPA license and a solid background in public accounting and auditing.

Desired Skills & Experience:
