Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in marine/outdoor lifestyle
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Own the St. Augustine waterfront with targeted venues
• Lead boat shows, tournaments, and waterfront events
• Engage recreational powerboat owners with a consultative, relationship-first approach
• Close deals on service packages and Full Throttle Club memberships
• Build partnerships with marina managers and marine retailers
• Maintain pipeline and deliver weekly activity reports
