Full Throttle Marine is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own the Sarasota market. This commission-only, 1099 role focuses on engaging boat owners at marinas, docks, and events to sell service packages and club memberships while building referral networks.

You will operate with an ownership mindset, delivering energetic, authentic conversations that convert into recurring revenue. A bilingual English/Spanish skill set is highly valued in this market, with flexible scheduling and no base

Responsibilities

• Own the Sarasota and Bradenton waterfront: marinas, boat ramps, yacht clubs, dry stacks, and private docks.
• Command the room at boat shows, tournaments, waterfront festivals and high-traffic events.
• Engage recreational powerboat owners with a consultative, relationship-first sales approach.
• Close deals on service packages and Full Throttle Club memberships for recurring revenue.
• Build partnerships with marina managers and marine retailers to create referral networks.
• Keep your pipeline updated and deliver weekly activity reports.
