Job summary

Community Hope, Inc. seeks an experienced supervisor to administer and lead the SSVF program for Veterans and Families. You will supervise staff, ensure high‑quality care, and coordinate with partners to deliver timely housing and support services.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, at least 2 years of supervisory experience, and a valid NJ driver’s license. A focus on compliance, public outreach, and trauma‑informed care is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in non-profit or human services management preferred.
• 2 years of combined human service and supervisory experience.
• Valid NJ Driver’s License with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all aspects of service delivery to ensure accuracy and timeliness (intake, assessments, housing stabilization, budgeting, entitlements).
• Support Program Coordinator to ensure grant guidelines and contract requirements are met.
• Assist with public speaking, staff trainings, and community events to raise awareness.
• Provide clinical support and crisis intervention coverage for staff and veterans.
• Supervise and support program staff including Case Managers and related roles.
• Oversee onboarding, training, supervision and performance evaluations.
• Transport veterans as needed using agency vehicles.
• Ensure documentation of eligibility screenings, intakes, and housing plans in the EHR.
• Collaborate as a team member, covering colleagues and sharing updates.
