Job summary

Enphase Energy is seeking a Compliance Lead for the SST program to drive end-to-end compliance lifecycle from early architecture through certification. You will plan, coordinate, and lead testing with NRTLs and agencies while influencing design decisions for MV power systems.

The role demands deep knowledge of MV standards, risk-based decision making, and the ability to navigate evolving regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret a wide range of safety and interconnection standards.
• Experience planning certification campaigns with NRTLs and agencies.
• Proven track record navigating ambiguous regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define SST compliance roadmap from concept through certification and market launch.
• Lead certification testing with NRTLs and agencies; coordinate sample submission and witness testing.
• Embed compliance into product architecture and participate in design reviews for insulation coordination, creepage/clearance, dielectric withstand, and EMC.
