Job summary

Enphase Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to design, develop, and conduct accelerated product lifetime tests for the Solid-State Transformer (SST) platform.

You will partner with the CTO organization to advance SST development, create reliability test setups, and drive de-risking of reliability issues. You will design experiments, lead field collaboration with engineering teams, and maintain rigorous documentation while supporting lifecycle testing for scalable grid-connected

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Engineering or Physics with 4+ years of industry experience, or a Master's with 2+ years.
• Proven ability to apply scientific problem-solving techniques with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in design of experiments or accelerated life testing.
• Hands-on experience with installing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical equipment.
• Experience with power supplies, inverters and medium voltage systems.
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated technical leadership.

• Drive reliability improvements to deliver products on time.
• Design experiments to reduce risk associated with new parts and products.
• Collaborate with production engineers and quality team to improve qualification processes.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all work, updates, and findings.
