The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, and familiarity with federal programs. Compensation ranges from $72,100 to $99,000 with benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably including supervision of staff.
• Familiarity with federal programs, including Title XVI (SSI) and Title II (RSDI).

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of team members and performance management.
• Ensure team compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Monitor performance metrics to meet contractual responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance processes for activities.
