Job summary

Solidigm is seeking graduate students for Hardware, Electrical Validation & Product Engineering Internships across the United States. You will support validation, characterization, and test automation for data center SSD products, working with lab equipment and analyzing electrical and reliability data.

The internship offers hands-on experience in hardware bring-up, signal integrity, and performance characterization, with collaboration across hardware, firmware, and product teams at multiple

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• Foundational knowledge of analog and digital circuits and computer architecture.
• Experience with Python, C/C++, or MATLAB.
• Familiarity with Linux-based development or test environments.

Responsibilities

• Support validation and characterization of SSD hardware, components, interfaces, and platforms.
• Execute test plans and verify electrical and functional requirements.
• Assist with validation and debugging of PCIe high-speed signals and interfaces.
• Use lab equipment to collect data and troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze logs to support root-cause investigations.
• Develop test scripts, dashboards, and automation to improve efficiency.
• Analyze benchmark, telemetry, and test-log data for trends and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional hardware, firmware, validation and product teams.
