USfalcon seeks a Ballistic Missile Submarine SME to support USSTRATCOM at Offutt AFB, NE. You will serve as the resident expert on SSBN platforms, employment, and operations, applying deep knowledge to assess strategic deterrence effectiveness and advise senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of practical nuclear submarine experience as a commissioned officer.
• At least 3 years of SSBN operations experience.
• Experience at senior government or military staff level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct graduate-level quality analysis and assessment of USSTRATCOM core mission areas, focusing on sea-based nuclear posture and SSBN operations.
• Develop, update, and refine MOEs and MOPs for campaigns and risk assessments.
• Participate in senior operations planning teams for Global Campaign Plans and investments.
• Produce CCMD-quality commander's estimates and mission analyses for contingency planning.
• Prepare graduate-level briefings and written reports for senior leaders.
