Job summary

USfalcon, Inc. seeks a Strategic Bomber Subject Matter Expert to support USSTRATCOM at Offutt AFB, NE. The role requires deep knowledge of B-1, B-2, B-52, and/or B-21 operations and the ability to assess deterrence effectiveness for senior leadership decisions.

The position emphasizes developing measurement criteria, performing graduate-level analysis, and coordinating with Joint Staff and other government partners to inform strategic planning and campaigns.

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of practical B-1/B-2/B-52/B-21 experience as a commissioned officer.
Minimum 3 years of experience at high-level defence staff or equivalent.
Air Operations Center experience required.

Responsibilities

Provide graduate-level quality analysis on Global Strike and Nuclear Operations as they pertain to bomber forces.
Develop MOEs and MOPs to support campaign and risk assessments.
Produce CCMD-quality estimates and conduct mission analysis for contingency planning.
Brief senior leaders with in-depth analytic reporting and defend findings.
