Job summary

USfalcon, Inc. is seeking an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support USSTRATCOM at Offutt AFB, NE. The role demands deep ICBM and space operations expertise and the ability to advise senior leaders on deterrence posture.

You will produce graduate‑level analyses and briefings, develop MOEs/MOPs for campaigns, and coordinate with Joint Staff, NC3, and other agencies to shape strategic outcomes and ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of combined ICBM and space experience.
• 3+ years at senior government or military staffs (OSD/JCS/CCMD).

Responsibilities

• Assess ICBM force operations, posture and space integration.
• Develop MOEs and MOPs for campaigns and risk assessments.
• Produce CCMD-quality estimates and support planning.
• Brief senior leaders with in-depth analytic reports.
