Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking an Operations Project Manager for the Social Security Advocacy Management Services program. You will lead client-facing and internal project activities, supervise team leads, manage deliverables, and ensure compliance with federal and state requirements.

You will use data tools like Excel and Power BI to respond to client requests, drive process improvements, and maintain QA for all reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required; preferably in business.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience, including supervision.
• Familiarity with federal programs (SSI, Title II, ABLE).
• Strong policy writing and reporting experience; client-facing communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing activities including meetings and project deliverables.
• Supervise team leads and manage team performance and outcomes.
• Oversee internal project management tasks and training.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and policies.
• Maintain SOPs and training materials; develop QA processes.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual client reports.
• Foster positive client and partner relationships and drive improvements.
