Job summary

Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) is seeking an Operations Project Manager for the Social Security Advocacy Management Services program. You will lead client meetings, supervise team leads, manage deliverables, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with federal and state requirements to strengthen service quality and efficiency.

You will use Excel and Power BI to support reporting, update SOPs, train staff, and foster continuous improvement while maintaining strong client and partner

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with staff supervision and project management.
• Familiarity with federal programs (SSI, Title II RSDI, ABLE).

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings and manage project deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
• Supervise team leads and coordinate activities to meet performance goals.
• Track internal deliverables and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Provide new-hire training and maintain SOPs and training materials.
• Develop quality assurance processes for data and reports.
• Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual client-facing reporting.
• Lead client-facing training and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Support operational initiatives across the SSAMS program.
