Job summary

Public Consulting Group (PCG) is seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead client-facing and internal project activities for the Social Security Advocacy Management Services program. You will supervise team leads, manage deliverables, monitor performance, and drive improvements in compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years of supervision and project management experience, deep knowledge of federal/state regulations, and strong skills in Excel and Power BI for reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business-related fields; 5+ years of relevant work experience with supervision and project management responsibilities.
• Advanced understanding of federal and state laws, regulations, and policies; ability to manage team performance and deliverables.
• Experience with client-facing activities, training, and reporting; strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing activities including meetings, project deliverables, and maintain client satisfaction.
• Supervise Social Security Eligibility and Benefits Management Team Leads and oversee team outcomes.
• Manage internal project activities, tracking deliverables and ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
• Ensure new hires receive comprehensive, effective training.
• Monitor performance metrics to meet contractual responsibilities and improve efficiency.
• Use Excel/Power BI to respond to client and management requests; pursue continuous process improvements.
• Maintain SOPs and training materials; develop quality assurance for data and reports.
• Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual client-facing reporting; lead training in various settings.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, federal partners, and team members.
• Support operational initiatives across the SSAMS program.
