Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead client-facing and internal project activities for the Social Security Advocacy Management Services program. You will supervise team leads, manage deliverables, and drive process improvements to enhance quality, accuracy, and efficiency.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with Excel and Power BI, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business-related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience, including supervision of staff and project management responsibilities.
• Familiarity with relevant federal programs, including (SSI), Title II (RSDI), and ABLE accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing activities including meetings, project management of deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Manage Social Security Eligibility and Benefits Management Team Leads and oversee team activities.
• Oversee internal project management tasks including tracking and completion of deliverables.
• Ensure new hires receive robust and effective training.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and policies.
• Monitor performance measurements to meet contractual responsibilities.
• Use Excel and Power BI to respond to client and management requests.
