Job summary

Public Consulting Group (PCG) is hiring an Operations Project Manager to lead client-facing and internal project activities for the Social Security Advocacy Management Services program. You will supervise team leads, manage project deliverables, and drive process improvements to strengthen compliance and service quality.

Based in the United States, PCG supports health, education, and human services agencies with a focus on federal and state program requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or related field.
• 5+ years of supervision and project management experience.
• Familiarity with federal programs and related regulations (SSI, Title II, ABLE).

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing meetings and manage project deliverables.
• Supervise team leads and ensure performance against goals.
• Maintain training, SOPs, and quality assurance processes.
• Monitor compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
• Use Excel and Power BI to respond to client and PCG management requests.
• Provide monthly/quarterly/annual reporting.
