Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead client-facing and internal project activities for the Social Security Advocacy Management Services program in Topeka, KS. You will supervise team leads, manage project deliverables, and drive process improvements to strengthen service quality, accuracy, and efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory and project management experience, familiarity with SSI/ABLE programs, and strong Excel/Power Automate skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business-related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience including supervision of staff and project management.
• Familiarity with federal programs such as SSI, Title II (RSDI), and ABLE accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing activities and manage project deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
• Supervise Social Security Advocacy Management Services team leads and guide overall team outcomes.
• Track and complete internal project deliverables and maintain reporting.
• Ensure new hires receive robust training and align with compliance requirements.
• Monitor adherence to federal and state laws, regulations, and policies.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement for accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain SOPs and training materials; update as needed.
• Develop and maintain a robust quality assurance process for client data and reports.
