  • Help prepare meeting rooms and training spaces for workshops, seminars, and events.
  • Assist with client check-in and provide general customer service support.
  • Ensure office areas remain clean, organized, and professional.
  • Support staff with special projects assigned.
  • Assist in maintaining the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the SBDC office.

Primary Responsibilities

Position Summary:
This position supports the Small Business Development Center by contributing to a professional, welcoming, and efficient work environment. This position offers hands‑on experience in a business service organization and provides an opportunity to develop administrative, organizational, and customer service skills. Students will work alongside SBDC staff and have the opportunity to shadow Business Advisors and the Training Coordinator to gain exposure to small business assistance, training programs, client engagement, and community outreach activities.
