Job summary

Primary Responsibilities

The Finance Work Study Student provides administrative support to the Finance Office by assisting with clerical, customer service, and organizational functions. Responsibilities include data entry, filing, scanning, document preparation, organizing office files and supply areas, assisting visitors, and supporting the daily operations of the office while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Physical Requirements

Working Conditions

Work is performed primarily in an indoor office environment with frequent use of computers, telephones, and other office equipment.
The position requires regular interaction with students, faculty, staff, and vendors while maintaining a professional and confidential work environment.
