Job summary

Mission Housing Development Corporation is seeking a Program Manager, Resident Services to oversee the San Francisco SRO sites and implement a trauma-informed, equitable, resident-centered service approach.

The role supervises staff, coordinates grants and reporting, and partners with city agencies and service providers to maintain high-quality services while ensuring contractual compliance and program improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field (or 2-3 years in community services coordination).
• Experience with formerly homeless individuals, disabled and seniors preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state benefits programs and local services.

Responsibilities

• Lead short- and long-term plans; coordinate site activities with other departments, organizations, and agencies.
• Build partnerships with service providers to support program delivery.
• Directly responsible for assuring compliance with grant, contract and regulatory agreements and maintains all associated records.
• Prepare staff reports and attend Department/Resident Services meetings.
• Budget, grant budgets and funding channels management for productivity.
• Develop program assessment protocols and evaluation.
