Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Technician to support the solid rocket motor line, handling inert components, propellants, and final assemblies. You will collaborate with manufacturing engineering and quality teams, ensuring safety and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires experience with mechanical assembly, reading calipers, and working under AS9100/ISO guidelines. Expect routine lifting, tool handling, and continuous process improvement activities at Anduril's

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building solid rocket motors or manufacturing industry experience.
• Experience in regulated environments (AS9100, ISO) and understanding of warranty when performing a buy-off.
• Proficiency reading and using calipers, scales, and gauges.
• Rigid adherence to safety precautions in all working environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with hand-tools and standard industrial adhesives.
• Proficient with computer applications.
• Ability to work at a fast pace, medium to heavy duty assembly.
• Fit enough to climb stairs, bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare SRM cases for casting operations.
• Perform nozzle and igniter assembly operations.
• Install igniter and/or nozzle assemblies onto multiple solid rocket motors.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineering, quality, and safety on process refinement and improvements.
• Data collection and data entry.
• Clean and reset tooling.
• Keep the working environment clean and organized.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
