Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join the Manufacturing Engineering Team, focused on fast-paced development of solid fuel rocket motor hardware. You will own end-to-end manufacturing processes and work with contract manufacturers to scale production.

You will mentor engineers, manage CapEx projects, and drive safety and quality in all operations while communicating complex concepts across the organization. U.S. Person status is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field such as engineering, math, or a hard science.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or product processing.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver processes and products on time safely.
• Continuous improvement and process development skills.
• Personal experience physically manufacturing hardware via machining, fabrication, soldering, or assembly.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of multiple complex manufacturing processes from concept to design.
• Develop novel processing solutions for high-volume assembly of solid fuel rocket motors.
• Establish engineering standards and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend significant capital equipment with ROI analysis.
