Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a Management & Program Analyst to serve as the lead Service team representative, SME, and COTR for Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM). The role involves managing SRM program execution, developing long- and short-range SRM plans, and coordinating guidance and policy documents.

The position emphasizes evaluating SRM progress, researching program guidance, monitoring expenditures, and collaborating with DLA entities to achieve SRM objectives.

Qualifications

• Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in Federal service, related to Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM).
• Experience includes analyzing mission changes and long-term utilization of facilities.
• Evaluating progress of plans and functions to meet SRM objectives.
• Researching, preparing, and reviewing written program guidance and monitoring expenditures.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the lead Service team representative, SME, and COTR for SRM.
• Manages, monitors, evaluates, and coordinates SRM program execution.
• Develops and implements long- and short-range SRM plans and processes.
• Researches and reviews program guidance and policy documents.
• Evaluates SRM submissions and develops new initiatives.
• Oversees strategies to overcome obstacles to SRM execution.
• Participates in inter-agency meetings to advance SRM goals.
