Job summary

DLA Careers is seeking a Supervisory Program Analyst to lead portfolio strategy and cross-functional teams in support of DoD information systems programs. The role emphasizes visionary leadership, budget and acquisition guidance, and high-level program management to deliver enterprise capabilities on time and within scope.

The position requires stewardship of workforce planning, performance-management alignment, and collaboration with SES leadership and agency directors.

Qualifications

• Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience at GS-14 level or equivalent across budget, acquisition, and program management.
• Experience includes leading portfolio governance, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic communications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate teams and manage conflict to achieve portfolio objectives.
• Experience preparing and delivering executive-level decision memos, briefings, and SES communications.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and executes long-range strategic goals, modernization roadmaps, and portfolio priorities.
• Directs day-to-day oversight of the portfolio, multi-project execution, milestones, and enterprise issue resolution.
• Leads collaboration with executive stakeholders and industry partners to build consensus and manage risks.
• Delivers executive briefings, decision packages, and strategic communications for SES leadership.
