Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced Space SRM project lead for the Supplier Relationship Management program. You will drive development and shaping of SRM supplier strategies, coordinating with Line of Business leaders and synthesizing data to deliver an integrated view of supplier performance.

In this role, you will craft impactful supplier strategies, develop summaries for executive engagements, and communicate recommendations to SRM Champions while driving enterprise-wide Space SRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• 8+ years of professional experience in a combination of Supply Chain Management (i.e… Procurement, Subcontract Administration, Subcontract Management, Subcontract Program Management (SPM), Negotiation, proposal, and/or Category Management), capture management, business development, engineering, and/or program management.
• Experience in crafting and executing strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with across Line of Business (LOB) Mission Segments supplier strategy leads to shape SRM strategies.
• Synthesize and analyze data to create an aggregate view of supplier performance and strategic elements.
• Develop impactful supplier strategies to be recommended to SRM Champions.
• Create summaries and talking points for Executive Engagements.
• Communicate recommended strategies to SRM Champions.
• Assess strategy effectiveness and recommend adjustments.
• Drive strategic initiatives for assigned suppliers on behalf of SRM Champion & GSC VP.
• Partner with Corporate SRM Leads to integrate Space SRM strategies into Enterprise SRM.
