Sapsf is seeking a Senior Support Lead in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to oversee support and reliability operations, ensuring system stability, performance, and efficiency while leading a team of support engineers to deliver exceptional service.

The role emphasizes incident leadership, collaboration with development teams for scalable improvements, documentation, automation, continuous monitoring, on-call participation, and staff mentoring to foster professional growth.

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of site reliability engineering (SRE) principles and best practices.
Proficiency in system monitoring, incident management, and performance tuning tools.
Strong understanding of cloud services, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex issues.
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps for CI/CD.
Strong communication and leadership to lead a support team and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of support engineers to resolve incidents and ensure uptime.
Collaborate with engineering to implement scalable, efficient solutions for performance.
Develop and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and best practices.
Identify opportunities for automation and implement tools to streamline processes.
Monitor system performance and recommend reliability improvements.
Participate in on-call rotations to address critical incidents 24/7.
Conduct performance reviews and mentor team members for growth.
