Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Platform or SRE.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Site Reliability Engineers.
• Define and drive SRE strategy, standards, and operational frameworks.
• Partner with product and platform teams to improve reliability, scalability, security, and resilience.
• Establish and maintain SLOs/SLIs and error budgets; lead incident management and RCAs.
• Drive cloud modernization and migrations to Azure, AWS, and containerized environments.
• Champion IaC and automation using Terraform, Ansible, and related tools.
