LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a senior leader to head a global Site Reliability Engineering team. You will drive cloud-native architectures, automated pipelines, and security-focused operations across USA and India, with a strong emphasis on IaC and scalable, rebuildable infrastructure.

You will mentor engineers, improve performance, cost, and reliability, and partner with product and security teams to deliver reliable services at scale.

Qualifications

• Leadership and design of large migration projects from on-prem to cloud.
• Partnering and leading technology resources to solve complex business needs.
• Cloud architecture design and implementation to meet team goals.
• Experience with Terraform and GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cloud-native solutions and patterns that are highly elastic.
• Mentor your team in advanced cloud infra topics and coding challenges.
• Set an example of methodical, systematic task execution for the team.
• Collaborate with project managers to provide status and reporting.
• Drive projects to schedule and ensure alignment across USA and India.
• Perform code reviews with rigor and best practices.
• Apply continuous process improvements across operations.
• Automate everything and ensure infrastructure is IaC.
• Ensure infrastructure can be rebuilt from ground up without manual configs.
