Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineering Lead to align reliability, scalability, and security across mission-critical platforms. You will mentor a team of SREs, drive cloud modernization, and shape enterprise-wide practices with cross-functional partners.

You will define SRE strategy, implement SLOs/SLIs, and lead incident response while collaborating with security, architecture, and operations teams to ensure resilient, scalable cloud-native services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Cloud/DevOps/SRE roles.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Strong observability and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of SREs, fostering ownership and excellence.
• Define and drive SRE strategy, standards, and operational frameworks across groups.
• Partner with product/platform teams to improve reliability, scalability, security, and performance.
• Establish and maintain SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.
• Lead major incident management and post-incident reviews.
