Job summary

TikTok is seeking a campus intern for the monetization technology team to contribute to reliability and availability of its global advertising systems. You will participate in designing DR solutions, capacity planning, and developing reliability tools.

The role offers hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities for professional growth while engaging in development workshops and social events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Expertise in Unix/Linux operating systems and IP networking.
• Experience programming in Python, Go, C, C++, or Java.

Responsibilities

• Own the reliability of TikTok’s global ads systems and help design reliability architecture.
• Design, implement, validate, and optimize disaster recovery solutions for ad systems.
• Manage infrastructure capacity for advertising systems and optimize utilization.
• Develop reliability platforms and tooling including monitoring, SLO management, and risk governance.
