Job summary

The role focuses on reliability, automation, and observability to deliver a stable, secure environment across applications and infrastructure. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of experience and at least 5 years in management, with strong leadership in production support and incident response.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree.
• Industry experience is typically 8+ years.
• At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.
• Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in production support; serve as an escalation point for complex production issues.
• Guide troubleshooting across applications, infrastructure (Linux/Windows), databases (Oracle, SQL), middleware and integrations.
• Ensure efficient log, metric, and system analysis; oversee batch/ETL monitoring and recovery processes.
• Foster collaboration across engineering, infrastructure, and vendor teams; participate in on-call leadership rotation.
