Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join the Lark team in a high-availability environment. You will ensure reliability of the product, manage production deployments, and optimize the global infrastructure across cloud services.

You will monitor systems, respond to incidents, and help scale capacity while building automation and tooling to improve efficiency and reduce outages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent in software/system engineering.
• At least 1 year of SRE/DevOps experience with large-scale services.
• Programming experience in C/C++, Java, Python, C# or Go.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability of Lark product and production systems.
• Manage lifecycle of production systems: changes, deployments, ops and incident response.
• Monitor systems, respond to incidents to meet SLA targets.
• Handle capacity management for compute, storage, and network resources.
• Support during big events to handle high traffic volumes.
• Build tools, automations, visualizations and monitors for global infra.
