You will design scalable systems, optimize performance, mentor engineers, and partner with stakeholders to prioritize roadmaps and engineering excellence. Hybrid work may be allowed; compensation includes base salary, bonus, and equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field with 8 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree with 6 years of experience in the job offered or related occupations.
• Strong background in software reliability, systems design, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to maintain service uptime and manage global on-call rotations.
• Design and deliver software to optimize availability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Develop and execute mid-term technical roadmaps aligned with infrastructure needs.
• Guide system architecture, evaluate designs, and assess trade-offs.
• Oversee cross-team projects and improve operational practices for reliability.
• Mentor team members and participate in hiring and training initiatives.
