Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field with 6–8 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
• 6 years of experience in: software development in one or more programming languages; code evaluation and software optimization; distributed systems design, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Team management and personnel development; performance feedback and coaching; strategic alignment of team goals with organizational objectives; organizational change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to maintain service uptime and manage global on-call rotations.
• Design and deliver software to optimize availability, scalability, and efficiency, building automation to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and execute mid-term technical roadmaps aligned with future infrastructure needs and engineering excellence.
