Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field and 8 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
• Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field, and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Manager, Software Engineer, Site Reliability Engineering-related occupation.
• Position requires 6 years of experience in the following: Software development, system design and troubleshooting, team management and stakeholder collaboration, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to maintain service uptime and manage on-call rotations.
• Design and deliver software to optimize availability, scalability, and efficiency with automation.
• Develop and execute mid-term technical roadmaps aligned to future infrastructure needs and engineering excellence.
• Guide system architecture by evaluating designs and breaking down complex problems.
• Oversee cross-team projects and mentor team members to drive organizational growth and reliable operations.
