Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- 3 years of people management or team leadership experience.
- 3 years designing, analyzing and troubleshooting distributed systems.
- 3 years leading projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Software/Systems Engineers for uptime and user impact.
- Own end-to-end availability and performance; build automation to prevent recurrence.
- Mentor team members and demonstrate quality technical execution.
- Manage on-call rotations across continents with follow-the-sun model.
- Design, write and deliver software to improve availability, scalability, latency and efficiency.
