Job summary

Binance.US is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join the Engineering team and enhance the reliability, scalability, and observability of its systems. You will design and maintain monitoring, working with development and operations to ensure uptime.

The role emphasizes instrumentation across services, incident response, Terraform IaC, and on-call rotations using PagerDuty. Strong coding in Go/Python/Bash and cloud, containers, and CI/CD pipelines are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Site Reliability/DevOps or related fields.
• Proficiency with Go, Python, or Bash for scripting and tooling.
• Experience with observability tools and cloud-native technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain observability strategies for logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.
• Collaborate across teams to instrument services consistently.
• Support observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, OpenTelemetry.
• Monitor production systems, diagnose bottlenecks, and participate in incident response.
