Job summary

MetaSense, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Workday Project Manager for a 6-month contract. Remote (prefer TN) with travel to Knoxville, TN 2-3 times/quarter. You will lead multiple Workday implementations, manage integrations, and drive transformation programs across executive stakeholders and vendors.

The role requires strong governance, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery styles. PMP/Agile certs preferred.

Qualifications

• 8 years of Project Management experience.
• Strong Workday Implementation Project Management experience.
• Multiple end-to-end Workday implementations completed successfully.
• Strong experience managing Workday Integrations.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise Workday transformation programs.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and high-visibility initiatives.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
• Experience managing project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and change control.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders, vendors, and third-party implementation partners.
• Experience partnering with KPMG on Workday implementations (highly preferred).
• Strong governance, status reporting, and value realization experience.
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and project portfolio management tools.
• Experience supporting business process transformation and enterprise technology implementations.
• PMP Certification preferred
• Agile Certification preferred
