We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager IV to lead and support project initiatives, including Workday implementation efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and a proven track record of delivering projects within scope and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
• Support and contribute to Workday implementation initiatives
• Coordinate with city employees and external vendors to document as-is business processes
• Plan, organize, and document project tasks based on defined objectives
• Schedule and facilitate Microsoft Teams meetings with clear agendas and actionable outcomes
• Identify project risks, assess impact, and propose mitigation strategies
• Develop activity plans and resource allocation based on the Statement of Work (SOW)
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain project documentation

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of Workday implementation experience
• Minimum 2+ years of Project Management experience
• At least 3+ years of experience coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
• Experience in documenting business processes (as-is state)
• Strong experience facilitating meetings and driving outcomes
• Proven ability to manage risks and develop mitigation plans
