Job summary

Saransh Inc is seeking a Sr. Workday Developer with deep expertise in Workday Integrations and Studio-based profiles to lead complex integrations across systems.

This remote role requires coordinating with stakeholders in finance, HR, payroll, and legal to drive accurate data flows and reliable processes. Applicants will design, implement, and troubleshoot Workday integrations, dashboards, and reports, while contributing to data analytics strategies for HR and ensuring secure, scalable solutions

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience with Workday Integrations required.
• Strong expertise in Workday Integrations (Core Expertise).
• Experience with EIB, CCW, PECI, PICOF and Cloud Connect.
• Proficient in REST and SOAP APIs, XML and XSLT transformations.
• Experience designing and maintaining Workday dashboards, reports, and integrations.
• Ability to test, troubleshoot, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations including EIB, CCW, PECI, and PICOF.
• Test and troubleshoot Workday integrations across environments.
• Collaborate with finance, HR, payroll, and legal to capture business requirements.
• Contribute to data and analytics strategy for HR initiatives.
• Integrate Workday with other vendor systems and build delivery collateral.
• Develop and maintain Workday dashboards, apps, and custom reports.
